- Walkways, patios, decks and balconies
- Electrical service
- Water and Sewer piping & valves
- Hot water supply
- Sinks, toilets, tubs, showers
- Heating and Cooling systems
- Electrical panels, wires, wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and ceiling fans
- Common areas: underground parking, paved driveways, storage area, hallways.
- Contacting the building manager prior to the inspection for access to locked common areas is not the responsibilty of the home inspector.
